Care Instructions
Our pieces are made from a range of materials that require different care, always follow the care instructions on the garment labels attached or the instructions listed in the product description online.
Shipping & Postage
All of our items are shipped to you via Australia Post or partner postal carriers for international orders. Please review their current expected shipping and delivery times for best estimates on when you'll receive your items. Once orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our location and handed into the care of Australia Post, all enquiries will be resolved and handled by the Australia Post enquiries team.
All over-sized items have a flat rate shipping cost and will be charged additional to free shipping carts.
Order Fulfilment Times
Please allow up to five business days for fulfilment of all orders and up to ten business days for orders that include personalised items.
Please note that we do not offer an express order fulfilment service, and all orders are dispatched in chronological order from time of order placement. Any express options selected at check out apply to our shipping carrier service only.
Customer Service Enquiries
All customer service channels are monitored during business hours, any enquiries submitted outside of these hours will be responded to during the next business day. Please allow for up to twenty four hours for a customer service response.
